Field Trips
In addition to our regular Summer Camp Programs, here is a list of the field trips that are planned. These trips with the exception of the Sea World trip, are included in the summer camp tuition. The Sea World Trip fees need to be paid by July 17, 2012. If you do not wish your child to attend these field trips, other arrangements must be made on these field trip days for their care. No summer camp staff will be available on Friday’s to watch your child. Children who misbehave on field trips will not be allowed to attend future field trips unless accompanied by their parent.
Our goal is to to return to the academy on field trip days no later than 4:30 p.m. The Sea World trip is the only exception to this rule. We typically return from Sea World by 10 p.m., this is subject to change and a definative time will be given as we get closer to the trip date.
Depending upon age and or behavioral levels, some children may require their parents to attend the Sea World trip. This is for the safety of the child and the other campers. If this is a requirement, you will be notified in advance.

The Sea World trip deadline is July 17, 2012 this will allow us to lock in our discounts. If you child is not attending the field trips, please make arrangements for them for that Friday, we will not be leaving staff behind. The Sea World trip is non refundable. The discounted tickets and meal tickets can only be used on the day we are attending Sea World. The cost of the Sea World Trip is $55 for Children, includes ticket, transportation and all day dining band. Attending adults needing tickets, please see the staff, thanks.
